vacation

So, I'm on vacation!!

We spent two days at Disney World: one at Epcot and Magic Kindgom, one at Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios.  The pictures from Epcot and MK are on my phone and I haven't uploaded them yet, and there weren't many pictures of Hollywood Studios.

We also went to HARRY POTTER WORLD!!! :D  Above are pictures of Hogwarts Castle.  The ride inside was freaking terrifying but really neat.  Well...I actually had my eyes closed most of the time.  But the parts I did see were really amazing.  We also went on the Flight of the Hippogriff rollercoaster (My first roller coaster ride ever!) which was AWESOME, ate frozen butterbeer, and bought some souvenirs (namely a wand, a T-shirt, and a stuffed animal).

IT WAS AWESOME.

Now we're camping and luckily I've avoided bug bites (so far...don't wanna jinx it though) and it's pretty fun.  More pictures should be coming on this blog or my other blog soon.  If I have wifi.

I know this isn't what I usually post on here, but I'm tired and didn't want to switch to my other blog just for one post.  Talk to you guys later <3

Sherlock OOTD 4.5.13

Yet another *inspired* look...what can I say?  It's more fun than just getting normally dressed in the morning :)

Yesterday's outfit was inspired by Sherlock, the BBC series about Sherlock Holmes that is set in modern-day London.  Absolutely amazing show, and since I was bored...well, this happened.  Enjoy!

Sherlock is the one in front with the gun.  He's the one I modeled the look off of.

Starting out with a white v-neck (F21) and striped button-down (Justice)

added this cobalt blue scarf (since we didn't have a navy blue one)

and a long black coat (which is actually my mom's)

Skinny jeans on the bottom, in place of Sherlock's black pants (Target)

Vans, of course!

natural makeup (obviously Sherlock doesn't wear any, but I do!)

Here is another overview of the outfit!!  I put my hair in a braid because it was frizzy haha :)

Dauntless Makeup look

You may or may not know about Divergent, a novel by Veronica Roth which is being made into a movie (to be released next year).  Anyways, yesterday I decided to do an eye makeup tutorial inspired by Tris Prior, the main character.  Here it is:

gold shadow on the lid

silver in the crease

dark gray in the outer corner

liquid liner

lined my waterline

curled my lashes

mascara

done!

It's a little dark, but if you skip the eyeliner (both of them) it would be a pretty day look I think.  Hope you enjoyed! <3
